I have no affiliation with this product. I have been distressed at the increasingly crepey appearance of my middle aged skin. Dry and scaly. My arms and legs especially. With summer coming I was sure I could never wear shorts again. I started using lotions mixed with oils and scrubs with a little improvement but then I remembered this product from years ago when it was one of the first 'alpha hydroxy!!' products to hit the market. This lotion has made such an improvement in the appearance of my skin. It is thick yet spreads really well. I scrub in the shower and slather it on damp skin. It has made a HUGE difference in dryness, scaliness, and crepey texture. HUGE. I will never be without this product, it really does work for me.

I use Glytone Retexturizing Body Lotion on my arms and I really love it, but it's expensive and a bit harsh. I only use it once a day because it's so expensive. I use it only on problem spots and not all over the body. I bought this Alpha Renewal Body Lotion for more of an every day, all over body lotion. Love it. It is not as effective as the Glytone for resurfacing my skin, but it's pretty amazing. My skin looks and feels soft and it is pretty gentle given it contains an AHA.

I came back frm vacation wiTh a tan which had dried out my skin, that dryness is completely gone now! I use it on my face with a strong sun block (SPF 30) and it works well. Can't put it on my face everyday bacause my face gets a bit red. I'll be 61 in October, and am so pleased with this product.
