I thoroughly enjoy this camera. One of things I like about this product that I did not see mentioned in other reviews is that it is very easy to move around the house after you do the first setup to connect to wifi using the app. I regularly move this camera around to different outlets to get various views of my dogs during the day and it has no problems reconnecting to the network provided I am within a reasonable range of the wifi signal the device is on.

One potential set back for users could be that, as with most internet of things items, it only connects to 2.4 GHz wireless networks. If you have a poor signal on your 2.4 GHz wifi, you might have issues.

As other users have mentioned, occasionally the treat dispenser misfires and does not deliver a treat (sometimes because of the way the treats are situated in the device and sometimes because the motorized part does not actually go off which may be related to an internet connection issue). I usually just push the treat button again and it will dispense treats eventually, usually the second or third time in worst cases. I use the Zukes Mini's treats, which will dispense multiples at a time but this works great for me because I have two dogs so it allows both time to get some treats.

If you have an Amazon Alexa device, the Furbo works great to toss a treat by the voice command. My dogs have figured out when they get a treat by the Alexa command I use when I am home.

I have never had a problem with the video streaming, unless the area I am in has a poor internet connection, but typically I find poor internet connections are more noticeable with the voice calling feature, as it always seems like my voice is very garbled coming out of the Furbo unless my internet connection is great (steady wifi connection versus spotty 4GLTE).

I truly love my Furbo. It was easy to install and works wonderfully. I wish I could have just a tweet sound without the treat and I wish it had a laser on it. Of course, I'm using it with cats. But if I had a dog with separation anxiety this would be the perfect item!! You can talk to them and also if they are barking or whining it notifies you.

Seriously Great. We have three dogs, and this is the best product out there. We are able to keep track of them all day, while we work. We can stop them from chewing up things by distracting them treats.The video is very clear. You can even talk to pups with the use of the microphone. Its really a very cool product. I would recommend it to everyone.

works great watch treat size and watch placement as treats can be removed by pets..what a great ideal throws treats about two feet ,Some time two or more.

I bought this item for my girlfriend who is deployed overseas in Bahrain. She loves her dog more than anything so I knew this would be a perfect gift for her. The first night I had the Furbo I was awaken several times in the middle of the night by high pitched squealing and giggling of glee from my gf not being able to contain herself. She was so excited to see him, talk to him and give him treats and OH BOY does she like giving him treats! By the time she gets back from her deployment I am sure he will be overweight and wont be able to run to her when she gets home. Thanks Furbo, your product is awesome and we all love it!
