This is a great product for working more green tea into your diet

So far I've used the matcha to make green tea hot lattes and iced lattes, but I look forward to all the other ways this powder can be used, including baking. This is a great product for working more green tea into your diet, as the fine powdered texture allows it to be used in several different ways. This brand has a wonderful rich, smooth flavor. - If you're a fan of green tea ice cream, the flavor is very similar. The matcha powder is also great for those that are new to green tea, as brewing green tea can be a little tricky, since you need to get the temperature just right. Many people scald the leaves when brewing, which causes the tea to have a bitter flavor. - This powder is a little more forgiving than the standard brewing method, when making a cup of tea.

I had gotten Matcha Green Tea Powder to amp up my smoothies in the morning. The quality of this powder is so fine, it is a great addition to my berry smoothie as it is not gritty. Just be mindful that the smaller size, the 30 gram one is not a large amount. I got that size to make sure I liked it and I will definitely be buying more. My health is most important and after watching the health benefits of green tea that are posted on this product's page, I am happy to invest in my health by using Matcha Green Tea Powder.

I just bought with the larger size Matcha since I had gone through the smaller one so quickly, and it is such a better value. On pinterest there are so many different recipes. I highly recommend checking them out, they look incredible!

Matcha with pineapple, banana strawberry smoothies tastes amazing!!! If you like more sweet flavors and are not much of a tea drinker you will love it! I did a taste test with my fiancé making him the smoothie with and without matcha and he preferred it with the Matcha. I was surprised because he is pretty picky when it comes to adding "healthy" boosts. We buy the larger size now, since that works great for us!

you loose weight you gain it right back but with this I seem to be maintaining my loss.

This matcha is delicious! So far I have used it in muffins (I use a little less than the 1 tsp serving size) and added it to my morning smoothies. It adds flavor as well as a healthy energy boost. The matcha is a pretty bright green and has a grassy smell. The top of the package has a ziplock feature to keep the matcha fresh. The bag is much smaller than I was anticipating (even with knowing the ounces when I purchased it). It fits in the palm of my hand. Because I don't use it every day, I think it will still last a fairly long time. If you use it every day, you may go through it sooner. You can look up matcha recipes online but I really wish this product came with a small recipe book. I can't wait to find some new matcha recipes to try!

At first I was upset that its only a 1 oz package, seems like a sample size and I must have missed that in the description. However, I have come to find out you really don't need a lot of it to reap the benefits of this super food. . I am not a green tea drinker, and believe me I have tried because I know all about the health benefits of green tea. This is why I wanted to try this green tea powder, I love to make shakes and I just add a bit of this powder to my shakes and enjoy! You can also add it to food, yogurt, coffees really sprinkle it onto anything you like. Matcha green tea powder increases energy and focus provides antioxidants and a vitamin boost the immune system, rejuvenates skin and helps my hunger cravings in an all natural way. I can't complain, I love it I just need to get me some more!
