This was EXACTLY what I was looking for --- a tutu that DIDN'T have a very sharp hemline. 9 year old daughter had to dress up as a ghost and this was PERFECT. I made a little matching "poncho" type top out of tulle and sewed a few black spiders under the 1st layer on both the top and bottom. Coupled with a little white makeup (and dark circles around the eyes) she looked downright SCARY. Won 1st prize at the costume contest! So, in summary, the tutu is cute and well-made (and wasn't scary on its own). Would purchase another tutu if needed.

We were very happy with this tutu. A little extra length provided the modesty we were looking for. Ordered the small/med for a girl about 5' and 100 lbs., and it fit her perfectly. Lots of fullness, seemed to be well made. There was a pretty bad smell, upon taking it out of the package, but we sprayed it with fabric freshener and hung it in the sun for a day, and it was just fine. Would definitely order this tutu again.

I was hesitant to buy something like this online as clothes are kinda picky on me. I'm 5'7, 115lbs but my legs run too long and my waist too small. Anyways, I had a gift card and decided to go ahead and purchase the skirt for my Halloween/Cosplay Costume. When it got here, I got so excited and tried it on immediately. It is absolutely worth every penny! It was a perfect fit, looked absolutely amazing, and it was exactly what I wanted! If you're on the fence, get it. You won't find something at Walmart like this. Just as expected. Needed it for vintag-y jester costume. It ended up right above the knees for me at 5ft 3 tall. Fit accurate around the waist. I liked that it had a sort of underskirt, in case the lacey parts move. It was nice and poofy and well packaged. I will be storing it upside down over a coat hanger to keep poofiness.

This thing is huge! Not in the waist, but in how far out the lining makes the tulle stick out. It's short as well and when you get a larger size and have the tulle that sticks a foot out, it makes you look 3x your normal size. I had already planned on wearing shorts under it, but the skirt also rides up the waist and by the time that happens, it's at the very top of my thighs). On top of that, it's not the best quality. There were gaps in the strips of tulle, so I only had lining covering some of the sections (1"+ sections of just the black lining).
