Ran a little big. They were cute until they got wet (trying to lube them up to get them out of my ear). Now the wood is faded and the metal looks rusty. Very disappointed.

The These are beautiful plugs and are some of the most perfect creations in the whole world. Which is why I'm giving 5 stars. However, I had never worn saddle or double flare (whatever you wanna call them) and apparently my ear holes are NOT flexible at all. They bled a lot and I cried- not because of the physical pain, but because such beauties caused me to bleed a butt load and I will never be able to wear them. So unless you know they will not give you any sass, try another pair or something before getting your heart broken like mine.

The design is beautiful and looks even better in person, however the sizing is completely misleading. It took me about 10 agonizing minutes to get just 1 plug in, and it's almost blew out my ear. I understand that these are flares, but even the middle part is not true to size. I sadly have to return these as I am not going to damage my ears anymore even if the item itself is beautiful. Please be careful when buying!!

They look great and were delivered quickly. However, I have to second the reviewers saying that the flare is very big. I actually suspect that the middle part is slightly larger than 8mm (0 gauge). If I had to guess, I'd put it somewhere close to 9mm. I had them in for a few days and after struggling to get them out put my old plain steel tunnels in and they for much looser than before. I guess it's a good thing I was thinking of getting some glass single flares in 9mm! Anyway, if you're going to get them, take this into account.
