I can not find this 1/2 and 1/2 blend anywhere that I shop in NYC so I was so happy that Amazon had it! Its perfect for my crazy MS diet and although I don't use much of it (a little goes a long way), I use it often.
Initially Loved! But....it hardens.

The taste is fantastic! It's not as thick as pure honey which I also loved. It's initially like a maple syrup texture"”syrupy but moves easily. After about two weeks it hardened. I could not squeeze anything out and had to microwave it. I'm not sure nuking it is good for my health.

It tastes good but it sugared up and crystallized very quickly after opening.. Unlike honey, it does not last long.
