Hi Amazon:
I bought a Banzai water slide from your outfit in March 2018. I just opened the box to use and realized there are tiny holes all around it, especially around the stitches; creating bubbles of water while in use. I don't think these are normal.
Is it possible to have it replaced? The blower, however,"‹ works just fine. Thanks.

This is our third summer with the slide. I bought it when my boys were 3 and 5. Now they're 5 and 7...a big 5 and a big 7, and the slide is still kickin. Be sure to put it away DRY. I need to replace the water bags (used to anchor the climbing wall), so if that proves too difficult I'll be back to adjust my rating downward.
great product.

This product makes good on all its promises. It's super easy to assemble, store and stow. So STRONG, even my adult children played in it and it held up like a champ! Loads of fun. Perfect for the summer backyard party we had or simply to have fun in the sun.
Buyer beware if you have issues!

We purchased this product and could not wait for it to arrive. I did the research and although Banzai did have a few slides that mentioned a problem with seams opening, this particular slide rated high, so I took a chance. It was a very expensive chance. My kids, ages 5 & 8, LOVED it! They had so much fun the first two times we used it. The third time, the seam at the bottom of the slide opened up and water filled the inside of the slide (photographs attached). They are well within the 250 lb. weight limit, weighing only 52 and 54 pounds each. I contacted the manufacturer that was listed on the slide, and they would not honor the warranty because CBC Tech (fulfilled by Amazon) is not an authorized dealer for their products. I contacted CBC Tech, and they would not repair, replace or refund the product because it was fulfilled by Amazon. I contacted Amazon and they sated that they would accept the return and provided me with information about shipping it back. No mention was made that the refund would only be partial - I double checked the message. I assumed it would be refunded in full, as there was no mention that it would not be. The refund was only 80% of the purchase price, which I could understand if I purchased it and changed my mind. It was damaged, and in the location that it was in, and the size of my children, it was not due to user error. So, not only was the product not made well and not worth the purchase price, the return/refund process was horrible! Had I known before I shipped it back that I would only be refunded 80% of the price, I would have shopped around first to see what a repair would have cost. Overall, this has been a very disappointing process.
