I was very satisfied when I opened my new first aid kit, it has a great variety in it. Unlike MANY other kits that advertise having a hundred or more extra pieces, Swiss Safe does not try and fool the consumer. Buyer Be Ware on the other kits! After a lot of research, I found that some of the other companies with more pieces, were just adding 100 more Qtips or extra items that were cheap and insignificant. This kit is very compact but extremely well organized. We are replacing an old kit on our boat with this one, and the mini kit will be stowed on our dinghy, it is the perfect size.
Now that I have seen the quality of the Swiss Safe Kit, I will be ordering another one for home.

Very nice kit for everyday cuts and scrapes. The pincers could be a bit better quality but that's easily remedied. The mini kit is a nice surprise and even contains a 2nd mouth to mouth mask...

I've added some quickclot sponges and gauze as well as more 4x4 gauze pads and rolls of gauze. as well as a few rolls of Johnson&Johnson elastikon tape and a Swat-T. Fits nicely all together in the SOG version of this sling pack (https://www.amazon.com/Red-Rock-Outdoor-Gear-Rover/dp/B0094GLEII) Why the SOG pack? I already had it and it was the right size and got repurposed.

It's in the car for everyday use as well as part of my hurricane kit.

Decent first aid kit. I used this in a sealed compartment on my rzr so I needed a small kit. I added a trauma kit with quick clot bandages, a splint, water bottle eyewash adaptor, large Neosporin tube, and some self adhesive wraps which all fit when I removed the compass and glow stick. I added these items as if it ever gets used it will probably be an emergency or a serious injury as what typically happens with dirt bike/ATV injuries. This would be great kit for around the house or in the car. I gave it four stars as what's inside for bandages is minimal compared to a first aid kit that you would typically find in a workplace or what first responders would use but I'm sure it works well for minor injuries but if you need something more serious some extras can be stuffed into the kit to make it what you need it to be. I mostly bought this kit for the bag and with the things I added to it will work perfectly for what I need it to

I'll keep this short and to the point:
I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better basic first aid kit for under $25.
The quality of the bag is excellent, lots of room to add more items should you want to expand the contents.
Plenty of simple bandaids, in regular, tiny, fingertip and knuckle sizes as well as butterfly closure strips & a blister pad. Better quality than I expected!
A variety of cleaning wipes, alcohol and sting relief wipes, and several gauze pads, and a triangular bandage round out the wound treatments. Again, basic but good quality.
The gloves are basic latex free large size, and other stuff includes an ice pack, q tips, tape, safety pins and elastic bandage.
Most impressive though is the very decent 52x82" emergency blanket, trauma scissors and survival items - a metal whistle, compass and sewing kit. You don't often see these in such a cheap kit.
It also comes with a glow stick (a party-type one, not very bright, worth replacing as a survival item) and a pair of tweezers (although these are very cheap and basic).
Bonus though: also comes with a mini extra kit with bandaids, alcohol & sting pads, gauze and tape, a mouth to mouth resuscitation device and a few other bits! Small enough to fit in a jacket pocket! Even better.

In summary - definitely far better than what you could buy at almost any superstore or pharmacy for less than 25 dollars.

I needed a good small First Aid kit for home, and to stick in my panniers for ADV motorcycle riding. This is good quality product, with all the essentials, and some very nice emergency safety tools. It's not tiny, but it's a small package absolutely packed with products. There is a smaller pack inside with very basic essentials if you need to pair it down for a hike or to save weight. Fill it up with what you need, and you're off.
