I took the plastic piece (cover) off and threaded on wire then inserted and crimped the metal. I used needle nose pliers and crimped one side first then the other over the first. Used 15 (to attach diodes to 2019 Honda taillights to dingy tow) and every one crimped without breaking and not one slipped post crimping. Plastic cover easily slid back over the crimped metal.

Asian made quality but the Asian price to go with it. If that's all you need they are Okay. I use them on Guitar speaker cabinet wiring. I do solader all my connection becasue crimps can't be trusted in a high vibration (music speakers) environment plus frequent transportation back and forth to gigs and practices.
