Difficult to fit. Be prepared to bend the brackets.

These crash bars looked great-the finish matches the other black powder coated parts on my bike. They are a b*tch to install. Needed help. Made 3 trips to hardware store. Consider buying 3/4" bolts, as the ones that come with bars are too long. Had to bend the brackets carefully, to make them line up with the holes. Bending did cause the paint to crack and flake off on the brackets, and I came close to snapping them right off, from the flexing. Once on, they looked great, and for the price, it was worth the hassle. Be prepared to take a few breaks for releasing intense anger and regaining control from overwhelming frustration.

It seems pretty solid and heavy. I like the matt paint.
But the installation was not easy, the screws it came with were not usable to had to spend extra to buy some from Harley. Also the rubber pads that came with it are pretty low quality so can't use them either.

This thing is great! Only took me about 30 min to install! Everything lined up up where it needed to on my 2016 Iron 883. Only thing I can see is the foot rest probably won't last but I plan on putting pegs on anyway!

I bought and installed two safety bars in a HD Sporters 2016 / 2015 and both fit as expected and looks nice... The material and paint are great... Excellent price for this safety bar... I had several problems with Fedex in order to deliver the package at home but the seller has an excellent client service and helped me very fast with everything I needed.

Product looks great. Took about 3 hours to get on the 2009 HD Sportster Iron 883. As others have commented the screws were almost impossible to get to work. We had to make two trips to Lowes, but we finally got it on and other than the issue with the screws it looks great and was as described.
