I bought this product hoping it would help me sleep through the night. While it helped for the first couple nights, after the third night of taking the proper amount, I still constantly wake up throughout the night and it takes me as long as it had before to go to sleep (about an hour and a half to two hours to be exact). I've been taking them now for about a week in hopes that'll begin working again but to no prevail. Would love to return the rest that I have since it seems the product doesn't work for me.
