This worked really well for my aged dog up until she passed. It her last few months she had a really hard time getting up and down steps, in and out of the car, etc. The only think I don't like (and I doubt anything can be done about it) is that the velcro collects hair like crazy!

This is a very useful tool to help move large dogs. (elderly or lame). I have a 14 year old chocolate Lab that had gone (temporarily), lame. He weighs around 84 lbs, This worked . My husband and I were able to lift him outside to go potty and to get him in the car for the Vet visit.
I did pay extra for the 1 day delivery, which didn't happen, BUT the PetBaba people refunded the extra charge for quick delivery. I appreciate good customer service and therefore, highly recommend this product. It is well made.

Best for small to medium sized dogs...

This sling does the trick but works best for small to medium sized dogs. It is sturdy and made well, the handles are long enough to hold comfortably. On larger dogs it tends to bunch up underneath but on a smaller dog it works well. Would buy again but for smaller sized dog.

This helped distribute her weight perfectly and helped me help her walk again, by carrying the weight her legs couldn't carry anymore.
My beloved pup had advanced Cushings and was quickly losing her ability to walk. Over 3 months I tried to use scarves, towels, etc. to help take the pressure off of her legs. I was so exhausted from carrying her around for 3 months I couldn't pick one from all of the others. This arrived about a week before we finally had to pts and I had lots of regret that we didn't have th this sooner.
Using this lift she tried to run through the yard again. If you're looking for a lift, act now. :)
