These are great. I can stuff a few in a pocket when I go to the grocery store and they expand for groceries so they hold more than a regular bag. I'm thinking they would be great for taking things to and from the beach too.

A lightweight set of string bags which helps us avoid Chicago's bag tax. Of course we are now buying small plastic bags to use in smaller trash cans and picking up dog waste instead of using free grocery bags. These seem to be strong and will shape themselves for odd shaped purchases.

These arrived today - they were in stock when I ordered them on August 7 and shipped the next day. I hadn't noticed the lead time when I placed the order so was surprised when I realized the expected arrival date was September 19th. So, technically they arrived early. Just something to notice.
They seem like decent quality but as others have indicated they are super small, which is okay for my use, but I would have been disappointed if I'd been expecting a "normal" string bag.

I was worried since I saw photos of other handles that were long, but mine weren't. It's actually a little smaller that I expected, I don't think I can hold it on my shoulder because the handles are a little too short. But it works well for the beach!
