The factory amp died in my 2000 BMW e39 touring 5-series wagon. I found the wiring diagram online and was able to use this amp with the factory radio and speakers to get sound again. Not too hard to do, I had to cut the factory harness into the old amp, remove it, and wire each item, but the diagram made easy work of that. Took me about 2 hours and i'm back in business, down the road again with sound.

Very good sound quality with this amp. I haven't been big Kicker fan but they changed my mine about them with this amp.
