After reading reviews for about 10 different Record Players, I was worried I would make the wrong decision. I truly believe I made the right choice! I can't tell you how much I am enjoying this player! It has a great retro vibe, seems solid enough, and sounds exactly as I'd hoped! It's loud enough for a room, speakers have decent sound, so I am spinning my LPs every afternoon! The price was manageable, And I think it is totally worth the price. I highly recommend!
Just What I Wanted

This was a Christmas gift to myself this year. I really am super pleased with this purchase. The sound quality is great and everything works as it should. The style is just what I was looking for, retro nostalgic with modern features. The Bluetooth connection works with my Apple Products as well as my Windows laptop. I actually connect my laptop to the audio wirelessly and I am able to watch videos and play games and the sound fills the whole den. This product brings both innovation and style together. I recommend!
Can't wait for my replacement!

I love the record player but the CD doesn't work. I sent one back and got number two. That CD player doesn't work either. Please send me number three and I'll send number two back. I think there was some confusion because the original and replacement unit had the same problem. I have been waiting to here unit three is on the way. NO COMMUNICATION
I would love to give this a 5 star rating

I would love to give this a 5 star rating, but I can't. Along with a record player and radio, I bought a cd player; a cd player which doesn't work. I noticed at least 4 other reviews with the same complaint, but they were such a small number compared to all the positive reviews that I thought I'd take a chance. The cd player does not recognize any cd, even though other cd players recognize them. Every time I insert a cd, I get a "NO" error message. This is not something, I believe, that could have happened in shipping: the unit arrived well packed with no damage to the outer container or to the unit itself. This leads me to believe that the manufacturer has very shoddy quality control. They obviously ship units without full functionality.
That said, all other functions performed not only satisfactorily, but above expectations. The sound quality of the record player is excellent; much better than I was expecting. It's not at all tinny or muffled: very clear, sharp, and with enough bass. Overall, the sound is excellent for a unit of this size and price. It's as good or better than any unit I've heard in this price range. The radio works well and I played a couple songs from my phone using the blue tooth and that worked well, too, except the volume was not as great as with the record player, but that may have more to do with my phone than the Victrola. I have the unit in a (approximately) 25 x 15 foot room and it fills the room with clear, undistorted music at much less than full volume. When I say it fills the room, I don't mean that it's ear-shattering, but loud enough for most listeners.
So, if you're lucky enough to get a unit with a functioning cd player, and you probably will (judging from the other reviews), then this is an excellent buy. Even without the functioning cd player, I'm keeping mine, which must say something about its other virtues, but I cannot give higher than a 1 star rating since I bought a cd player, but I didn't get a cd player.

Excellent retro-style turntable

I purchased this as a gift and it is absolutely perfect. The colour is stunning and looks just like what you would have seen on a 1950s sports car. The retro styling is what drew me to this model, which also had excellent reviews for turntables in this price range. The only thing that is slightly concerning is that the lid has cutaways to allow the record to spin. I would have preferred the lid to completely cover the record but I guess it's just part of the design.
