I have eaten Jordan almonds many times, and bought 7 lbs of these to use for wedding favors. They were dull and huge with thick shells, not shiny at all like the pictures show. The taste was ok but definitely not what we were looking for, they would have been embarrassing to give out in our wedding.

I had a very poor customer service experience too. It's Delish refused to provide a mailing label for a return and said they've never had any problems before. Clearly they don't read the reviews. Amazon gave me a refund instead. I should have taken others' comments to heart more than I did!

Update: After complaining I received an email that they were sorry to see my negative review. They asked me to change it to a positive review but I declined because the refund was not from It's Delish, but Amazon. In addition, I learned that sometimes they supply from a 3rd party so there is no guarantee what kind of almonds you will get.

I purchased 2- 5 lb. bags and thought they would be enough to fill two hundred (200) 3" x 5" Organza gift bags with 5 White Jordan Almonds each, ("Traditional Italian Poem" calls for 5 almonds per bag).
Unfortunately there were not enough almonds between the 2 bags (10 pounds total) to do this. There were many chipped, cracked, and blemished almonds even tho' bags arrived wrapped in bubble wrap in what appeared to be in perfect condition until I opened them and discovered the imperfect almonds.
I was forced to use many of the blemished almonds in my project and still was only able to fill 150 bags. So purchase accordingly and buy more than you need if you are doing a similar Wedding Favors project.
One plus is that the Almonds are fresh and taste good.
Caution: DO NOT bite them (you will end up with a cracked tooth. Allow the candy coating to melt away in your mouth then chew and enjoy!

Purchased a 5 pound bag for granddaughter's baptism and would never buy again. Although the photo on the listing shows a 50/50 ratio of white and pink almonds, the reality was 80% white and 20% pink. An estimated 5% of the almonds were damaged/deformed as per the attached photo. Very disappointing.

Least expensive I've seen. Taste great. Not as hard as others. Teeth savers. I am hooked. As long as they stay on Prime. I'm a happy customer.

UPDATE:My neighbor and I love Jordan Almonds. We share what we each get, in search if the best product for a good price. I am now hooked on Delish. And, like said above, if they stay Prime, I will continue to buy them. Good nuts and hard, but not too hard, candy shell. Great price for 5#s.

Put one in my mouth and spit it out. I've never had a Jordan Almond where the outer shell was actually HARD to bite into and then the almond itself was soft and had a weird mushy texture. Wish I hadn't gotten a 3lb bag, and really wish I could return. Almond M&Ms taste more like Jordan Almonds than these did.
