I actually am using this bag more than I thought I would. The main section holds both a women's & men's wallets. Great pockets for car keys & easy access to phone. Secret side pocket for easy cash. I use this bag for hiking, summer festivals, window shopping in Door County, WI. The only thing that needs improvement is I suggest the shoulder strap be made of a less abrasive material. Could use a pad to protect your next from getting scratched my the shoulder strap.

If you have even moderately heavy things in it, it will slide down under the arm and one keeps pulling it back up where it should be every ten minutes.

I love this little backpack but the stitching around the top of the zipper has already come undone after only one use. Used it at Universal Studios and noticed the stiching after only two hours of use. Very disappointed.
