I was completely pleased when I unpacked the cards. They were really high quality, excellent printing, and thick paper card stock. Unfortunately, I made a typo in my order. Although the mistake was my fault, customer service immediately offered to make the correction without charge (excluding shipping). I received my new cards in 4 days!
