Arrived on time, I was quite apprehensive about buying an instrument online because I had a bad experience in the past with a different company but this violin had great reviews so I went for it and I am glad I did. Everything in the kit is as shown, even the hydrometer. Kennedy violins sent me two emails before I even received it insuring me that if I had any issues they would help me. As I am new to the violin I did have an issue tuning it (my ignorance) so I sent an email to them Sunday night and had my response first thing Monday morning with a full explanation on what I needed to do, and access to a video and on top of that a phone number to call this person with an offer to walk me through it over the phone if I needed it!!! Every thing looks very nice and very well made. Very impressed with the product and the service!!! If your just starting out with a violin I don't see how you could go wrong with this one!!
