I'm not giving 5 stars because the Strongman bag is a bit on the big size for doing WODs with. If you load it up with minimum weight it won't work correctly for push presses, deadlifts, etc. I'm convinced this thing is bomb proof. If you plan on doing WODs or HIIT workouts, get the smaller one.

love this bag, have one of the ultimate sandbags, and while is a good bag, this one in my opinion is better, this is my go to bag now, very well made and handles all over, highly recommend, been using the heck out of it and no issues,

Although I have only had the bag for about a week (and can therefor not comment on the resilience of the bag long term), it's construction seems to be very sturdy, and the sandbags well constructed and double sealed with strong velcro to ensure sand stays in the bag. The seatbelt straps used to connect the handles to the bag seem very strong and the handles themselves are not too hard on the hands, although I have not tried throwing it around with the full 125lb yet (I'm old, and have to get there gradually ;-) ). So, I would say so far so good and I like what I have experienced so far, for what that's worth. Worth mentioning that the bag does not come with sand, which I knew from reading other reviews and which I'm was glad for if only for the poor back of the delivery person. I purchased play sand from Lowes as recommend by other commenters and it was a fairly cheap purchase with 50lbs going for about $3-4 in my area. Filling the bags was a two person process as the bags would not stand on their own, nor maintain the opening without help (or as we ended up using, an empty cardboard box opened at both ends and inserted into the bag), especially when you are also attempting to pour a 50lb bag of sand at the same time without crating a beach in your driveway. Would I recommend it? Yes, but with the caveat that I have not had the bag for very long.

I've had this bag 10 months now and it's held up well to the beating a sandbag workout generates. I originally bought a cheaper ($60) sandbag that lasted about a month before it began leaking sand all over. Learn from my mistake and buy this well-made one right off the bat. You'll be one and done with this one. This thing is of high quality and up to the task it's designed for.

These things will kick your butt! I love/hate them because they kick my butt. Great product! I did not know if I would like a sandbag workout or not but I took the chance and now I'm getting to muscles i can not get to with my regular free weights. They work great for movement and forgiving when i kick them when I walk by unlike when i hit myself with the weights I'm not so happy.
