Really nice to find a chair of this kind that is adjustable.

It went together easy enough, and I really like that it is adjustable as I have a taller desk. If I had it to put together again, I would probably install the knee cushion before I screwed the halves of the chair together as it was kind of a pain in the posterior to do after the majority of the chair was put together. The positioning is good, and I was able to very easily adjust it to fit my desk perfectly.
The cushions are very hard at the moment, but I'm hoping that they will soften up with use. If they do, I will probably re-visit this and toss in another star. It also smelled a bit like mildew for a few hours after unpacking, but it faded pretty quickly after I threw the box away and wiped down the chair. Customer service is amazing. They reached out to me very quickly after reading my review which was incredibly nice of them.

Save your money and buy a different chair.

It is hard to understand how Amazoners like this chair. I just received mine and assembled it. One screw was missing so a trip to the hardware store was necessary. Not a big deal, but annoying. The chair is continuously adjustable, but probably not with you sitting on it. However the major problem is the cushions. Sure they are nice and thick, but to call them cushions is a major exaggeration. I'd call them plastic bricks. Very little give, extremely uncomfortable. Piece of junk....
Chair is too high for me, but the merchant service is exemplary.

I am using it, but reluctantly.
First off, this chair is way too high. I have a normal size desk, and I have to look down on the computer at that height. It defeats the purpose, as I can't maintain good posture that way. I am sitting on the knee rest, and use the seat as my back support. Only then the height is manageable.
Also, the packaging was really bad. The foam stuck to the seat cushion, and I just can't get rid of the stain.

Upon reading my review here, the merchant fully refunded the item without any request for refund on my part. I really appreciate the proactiveness of the merchant.

Let me start by saying I moved a few months ago and because I am letting a friend stay with me I haven't had a proper desk for a while. So I game on my couch hunched over and I work at a computer 9 hours a day. My posture sucks and I have always had problems. Recently had really bad pain in my lower back next to my spine. Tried some pain relievers and stretching but it didn't help. Got this chair and started using it at home and I feel great. The pain in my back is gone, my shoulder's aren't as stiff and after only a week I am starting to sit and stand with my shoulders back. According to my boss I look more confident and happy.
Couple things, watch the video they have linked in the PDF they will send you. It helps explain how to set the chair up and finding a good height. Yes your legs, and butt, will be a little sore but that will pass. Just switch back to your normal chair. Serious I feel like this is money well spent.

So easy to put together

This chair was super easy to assemble. I haven't put the wheels on it yet as I'm using it in an area where I don't need the wheels, but I'm certain when I snap them into place I won't have a problem. I'm already seeing a difference in my posture. The video showing how to put the chair together was very helpful and I've already recommended this chair to friends and coworkers. I spend about 15 minutes in the kneeling chair and then move to sit elsewhere for 15 minutes or so before coming back to it as I get adjusted to the new seat. If you're considering a kneeling chair, this is a great option. The padding is thick, setup and adjustment is easy, and the frame is VERY sturdy. I am over the suggested weight limit but I feel completely secure when using the chair.
