This is the easiest to use gluten free batter EVER! We've made many pounds of fried chicken wings and they have been a winner everytime. NExt round we'll be frying crabs. The batter has no flavor so it's up to you to make it what you want it to be. I would suggest not using as much water as noted on the box .... because as the ice melts, it waters it down even more. I haven't tried using beer instead of water nor have I tried flavoring the batter instead of whatever we are frying. More experimenting to do :-)

I made broccoli tempura with this gluten free mix. I'm very pleased with the flavor. Very similar to the regular flavor. Just as good as takeout. I fried in canola oil. Yum.

This is the third time I've purchased this product. I love the texture and flavor. You can always add seasoning to it if you like. My tempura shrimp are awesome! I was worried about "Gluten Free" because I love bread. But it doesn't taste like it's missing anything
