Its a decent little set as long as you know what you are getting. The pieces are smaller than a traditional kubb set and are made out of very light pine so they can be hard to stand up in grass. Aside from that, no complaints, but I would probably just spend the money and get a little nicer set if I was going to purchase again.

I played Kubb at a family reunion a few weeks back and loved it. As soon as I got home I ordered my own set. The set I learned on was bigger blocks and the one I ordered was small blocks. I did not know there were size differences. It is hard to stand the blocks up in the grass. After playing at home I got online and did some researching and made the discovery of different sizes. This was very unclear when I ordered. I looked for the same bag that I had first played with and ordered that way. So I am disappointed.

I could rate it 4 stars, but I knew "official" Kubb sized peaces would cost twice as much, so 5 star. It's a fun little game for the whole family, A brief youtube tutorial will get you started in the right direction, and this set is a great way to see if you want to invest in making or buying a larger set.

Super fun! Who knew throwing sticks at sticks could bring such simple delight? We've played it at our friends' and wanted one of our own. It's our new favorite yard game.
