good practice unit
No Flashing

Purchased one of these boards and assembled it but it did not work properly. The LED's come on but I could not get them to flash. Looked more closely at the picture on the amazon site and saw I have a few things that differed. Ordered second board and put things in exactly as it was pictured. - still did not work properly. LED's come on but still can not get them to flash. Any help?

... time I soldered since the 1990 the item is pretty good to bad it wasn't bigger it would be ...
