A bit lighter than they appeared in the add. The part where it contacts the floor is very small so I had to put felt on them to protect the floor. I have hardwood floors so probably would have done that anyway but if it had a larger surface it would be easier to put on. If you have a substantial plant on the larger one and put it on a tile floor I am sure it would leave an indention. On the positive side, they do not look bad for the price and you get 4 stands so I think they are good value in spite of what you may consider a minor detail. I guess I still would have bought them knowing what i stated as they are minor issues. How long they will hold up or how likely they are to rust time will tell. So while I only gave a 4 star because I think it falls a little short on design I would suggest that it is only a little less than a 5.

I love this set of 4 plant stands. They are each a different height and will make for a wonderful display of your potted plants. They are very sturdy and will hold a heavy plant in a heavy pot. They are beautifully designed and will look good in any setting or home decor. They are a very good deal for the price, and I really like them. I plan on using them in my kitchen to display several potted plants.
