Finally, a back brace that's easy to put on and comfortable too. I'd bought two before this one that went on with straps. Then you had to reach around and grab the straps hanging in the back. Which neither brace had long enough ones to reach alone. I'm small framed and there was no way I could get them on myself. You either need help with them or you've got to be a contortionist to use them. But this one simply wraps around your waist and it not only supports your back but it's good for your posture too.

Some time ago I began to feel pain and fatigue in a lower back, at the end of the working day, which is spent out standing, of a raising of weights or long sitting. This belt became for me rescue! I feel relief in 10 minutes after I put on a belt! Pain leaves, and muscles of a back have a rest. It doesn't constrain the movement at all and doesn't bring unpleasant feelings when it is put on. Pressure force of a belt is easily regulated and it is almost imperceptible under clothes. I recommend to all who have the same problems with a back!
