Packaged great. Handyman easily installed. Has been on 24/7 since we moved in 3 wks ago. It's quiet and gets the job done, and is soooo much prettier than most fans out there!

Bought two of these. Very pretty. No issues. EXCEPT the remotes won't work. I bought a different fan for another room and that remote operates these two fans in 2 totally different rooms. It works, it's pretty and I'm happy.
