It was nice when it worked. It only lasted for three months. The power went out on it. I tried connecting into different power sources and it still wouldn't work. With these units, there is no on/off switch. I called support and the only thing they could tell me was send it back in and pay for a new one. I will not be buying this product in the future.

This is the third time I purchased this machine. I need it to use along with my Booker program. This machine has stopped working, I bought another machine to replace it but as soon as I plugged it in a red light came on. This is my third time purchasing the machine hopefully it works!

I didn't get a chance to even try the printer out. When it showed up, it had 1 roll of paper in it and about 1/8th of another roll in the box. Didn't have all 4 rolls as advertised and it looks like it may have been used. Returned for refund. I'm sure the printer would have worked fine. I just ended up ordering a different model instead after the return.
