It works perfectly. The first one didn't and I asked John what could be the issue. He recommendation a potential solution and we determined it was the unit. He promptly sent me another unit that works perfectly. I am even more impressed with the customer service even though the product is very impressive on its own merits.

The product arrived as promised and is exactly as advertised. Have only used it a couple of times, but so far it works great. No "pull" feel. The only way you know it's working is by the hair disappearing. Totally pain/discomfort free. The only reason I gave the product 4 stars rather than 5 is because the light seems to be "misplaced". If the light was closer to the tip of trimmer rather than farther down, it would perhaps be more useful. The location of the light as is, renders it sort of useless. Other than that, I like it much better than the trimmer I had before that only lasted a few weeks and had a tiny comb-like cutting tip rather than the rounded tip this one has. I would definitely recommend this trimmer.

There isn't much that's glamorous about a nose and ear hair trimmer. That being said, it's encouraging to finally get one that works extremely well. This is by far the best I've tried and unfortunately I have tried many. Very close cut and quiet. It's a winner so far. The real test is its longevity so we will see how that goes. So far a clear winner.

Well made, shaves close. As I grow older (ugh. 70 now) my everywhere else hair (not the top of the dome) grows coarser. My Panasonic nose trimmer, pardon me, couldn't cut it anymore. Fancii was not a household name to me, but that's shame on me. Seems like a solid company, privately owned, that emphasizes quality workmanship on a number of unique personal items, including the nose trimmer. The Fancii trimmer cuts in both planes (what I call horizontally and vertically). The cut is not skin close... that would hurt sensitive areas. But it does cut closer and smoother than the Panasonic, which is saying something. Fancii also does not hesitate or interrupt power while cutting like my older Panasonic did. I say "did" 'cause that Panasonic is now in some landfill somewhere.

Fantastic nose trimmer! I love my new nose trimmer. For years I've been thinking of getting one but I was always afraid of using it. I kept thinking that a nose trimmer would Paul Harris and hurt. But this nose trimmer work perfectly the first time I used it. It trimmed my nose hair and I didn't feel a thing it it was wonderful. I would recommend this nose trimmer to anybody.
