Started taking these about a month ago when my opthalmologist recommended Omega 3 supplements for macular health. Did some research and discovered they're good for many things. I take 3x the daily dose, and after 3 weeks, I noticed most of my muscle aches were gone and my arthritic knee joints felt better. I also had a receding hairline for several years, and now I have hair regrowth in those areas. Finally, I'm sleeping a lot better. My research indicates the omega 3's are responsible for all these improvements.
I chose this particular brand because they had a higher amount of DHA and EPA, and at a better price. There's no fishy smell or flavor. The capsules are large, but that seems to be true of all omega 3 capsules. Am very happy with the results and will be buying these for the forseeable future.

I have used this product for years. I have been happy with it as it has helped my dry eye symptoms. However, the last 2 bottles that arrived via auto ship had the soft gels melted together. Usually, it just takes a couple hard shakes of the bottle to loosen and maybe a hard tap on the counter. None of this helped. I contacted the company and they seemed to help. I sent them screen shots of the numerous times I ordered the product and photos of the bottles and lot numbers and how the gets were stuck in the bottle. They said they required additional information before they could assist me. I'm 68 years old and while not completely computer illiterate, I'm close. (My husband is 76 and worse than I am) They told me how to give them that information and I followed the steps, and it was still not to their satisfaction. The product itself when arrives not melted. I have discontinued auto ship and currently, looking for an alternative product, even if I have to purchase in store.
