Macaws hated it

My macaws, a red wing and blue and gold, just picked out the pellets and would not touch the small grains or seeds. Therefore everything that was not a pellet or bit of fruit was a total waste. I had a LOT of waste in my 20 lb bag to pitch. Have always fed Zupreeb All Natural and will go back to. This for me was a waste of over $40+.

I love the brand. My problem with this mix is I have a umbrella cockatoo and since there are so many small seeds and bits of food, there is a lot of waste. I wish the mix was just large items since it is for fun and not the birds regular diet and is for big birds.

I use this for the "treat" part of our mix which has other non-colored/flavored pellets. We add nuts, veggies and fruit to these for our 3 big beaks.

I have two yellow nape amazons. They really enjoy this mixture. I also feed them the other Zupreem bird food with just pellets. They love that as well.

Good all in one product but my picky bird just sorted out the seed from the pellets. Prpbably good for birds that love both seed and pellets, but for more difficult birds prpbably not the best solution. I do think its good quality bird food though.
