Piece of crap. There's no rigidity between the handle and base so the blade does not make the same cut on each tooth. Missing parts. After finding the parts in my garage that would work I went ahead and sharpen the same chain for times. The clamp system sucks. The arm that holds the link so you get the same cut supposedly sucks you have to hold it and stretch the chain and need a third hand to hold the clamp or vice and pull on the Chain as you cut it and make sure that you don't twist your wrist at all because it can be over an eighth of an inch off. Amazon is refunding they're great. I'm buying the least expensive Oregon chainsaw sharpener for $30 more. Even their cheapest one is better than this one even if this one was 30 bucks like I've seen another post. I paid 50 for this one and luckily I opened it before my return window lapsed. The packing was horrible. I just ran it back in the box so the lid would shut. The cardboard cutouts inside we're all messed up when it arrived and I'm sure they'll be worse when they get back to Amazon. I should have read the reviews on this one.

Love this tool. Wish I had bought one 20 years ago. I became a pro at sharpening and ran off 8 others and wanted to do more but was done with what I had. Bench mounted and easy to use.
