Regardless of how far I attempted to tighten this showerhead, the holder for the hose/secondary head was at the very top. When the hose is in this position the diverter doesn't work and I end up with water coming out of both heads simultaneously. The only solution has been to leave the entire thing somewhat loose. This meansy shower never completely dries.

My kids and I absolutely love this product. It was very easy to install and works perfectly. Having the extra handheld function is so convenient for rinsing my kids hair. They no longer whine and complain that water will get in their eyes. I also love that the main shower head stays on, or you can turn off, while using the wand. It keeps you from freezing when rinsing, etc. Definitely recommend.

I like it but I wish the big part of the head shower had more sprayer in the center. also the dial to close and open the hand sprayer behind the big head shower is so high that I can't reach it, I am 5'2" (I wish the dial was on the headset). So I have to leave the shower handle on all the time to be able to use it. The water pressure is good. I will be changing this head shower soon.

This is best of 5 or so .I lost track of these damn things breaking or leaking. This one installed the best with no tape needed and NO leaks. The mist setting is the BEST! I would buy again see if it lasts.
