NOPE! Soooo... this is lil kids sizes. 😆 I'm a size 18 jean and this tutu wouldn't work as a head band leave alone fit my waste. I had planned on getting 2 to make it work but at this size I'd need 4 of them. And that would be silly, the rest is fair but I'm returning the whole package. Shipped fast.
