Used one of these for a makeshift lineman's rope while climbing into someone else's treestand this season. The treestand had no lifeline installed so I wanted to make sure I had some sort of protection climbing up. I bought a second bunch which I used to pull my backpack and rifle up after I was situated in the stand. The rope was great quality and the knots that I tied in them held well but were also easy to remove for storage after I was done hunting for the season.

I've trusted my life to this cord several times now. I use it for climbing, primarily for tying a quad with a double fishermans, double over the cord, and tie a set of overhands. I have no qualms with the quality of the cord as it has survived more than a year of hard wear. I would caution using this cord for beginners as a sling generally works better and is significantly stronger though this works well enough in a pinch. Knots come untied fairly easily when tied correctly though mine are hardly weighted.
