Great replacement for a broken original

With a little elbow grease I got my SP looking shiny and new again. The fit and finish isn't perfect, especially around the battery door. It is a small price to pay for a new housing (broke the hinges on my original). The Nintendo badge and text on the stickers is not perfect when compared to OEM, but it looks good enough that nobody who isn't an expert won't notice.

After reading the reviews and noticing that several people mentioning that the provided screws were to long, I decide to reshell my GBA SP with the original screws. It didn't help. I have the same bump where a screw poked through. Other than that minor flaw, this is a decent quality product and my GBA SP looks like new again. The sticker on the back isn't authentic, but it looks good enough. And I honestly wouldn't have noticed the long screw issue if I hadn't read about it in a review first.

Pro tip: only replace he plastic lens if you absolutely have to, was not with the effort personally, ended up with dust under the lens and was nerve-racking overall. Otherwise this is a fantastic kit.

The material feels cheap, not the same material as what your Gameboy Advance SP already has.
It was easy to mess up when installing the swivel but was relatively easy to undo and get right. Other than that, it's a nice housing.
