These bags are very sturdy and they do not leak sand. The first time I used them was at a baseball game. It was a very windy day and although my canopy tent was lifted off the ground, it was only about an inch. Had the canopy not have been weighed down with the sand bags, it would have been destroyed. The 4 velcro tabs are securely attached and did not rip when the tent was briefly lifted by a gust of wind. I would highly recommend these weights.

These worked great! We had an EZ-UP tent we used at the beach. We were the only ones with sand bags for anchors, all others with tents just set their tents out with no anchors. A quick storm brewed up with a strong front wind. All the tents except ours blew away, 1 even into the ocean. Our tent never moved while the majority of the others broke and were basically destroyed.

Good price and well made. Using as sandbags in my workshop. I put small trash bags inside then filled these with sand before tying off the ends and sealing the Velcro. I like that the closure is velcro rather than a zipper which is likely to fail when fouled with sand. Each bag holds roughly 25lbs of sand; handles show no signs of failure with rough treatment.

I have a 10x20 RV style tent that I needed to secure. These anchors are doing the trick. The poles of my tent are 2" diameter, so the straps of the anchors barely make it around them. I supplemented the tie-down with some zip ties and I'm good to go. I picked up a couple of 50 lb bags of sand at Home Depot and each one fills two. They seem to be durable and effective. About what I was hoping for, especially for the price.

These sand bags work great. I used about 20 lbs of sand per corner of my canopy. The bags can easily hold up to 30 lbs of sand each. The velcro straps hold the bag to the leg and I use a set of cam buckle loading straps to connect the bags to the upper truss and apply the perfect amount of tension to keep thing stable.
