Worked as described, although the apps are not very user friendly. Used apps on IOS, Both Happy Lighting and Triones app about the same. I like that the lighting reacts to music, but also any sound picked up via your phone's microphone. I installed this under the hood, so we'll see if it holds up or not. If it fails due to the heat, it was worth a try for $17.
