Great set for a beginner like me!

My sister and I decided to try our hands at sculpting for the first time, and this set worked just fine for us! We each found tools that we ended up using throughout the whole project, and I feel like it had mostly everything we could have wanted.
The only thing I wish we had was a piece with a ball on the end to smooth out the irises of the eyes once I cut those out.
We were working with WED clay which is very soft, and I'll say that if we were working with harder clay, some of these tools MIGHT have been a bit flimsy or broken on that. But for our purposes, everything has worked well so far. Overall I'd order this again.

they have a decent amount of stuff BUT i will be honest im not exactly an artist of crafting or sculpting stuff. I only bought these tools because i wanted to see what i couldve created for a halloween jack o lantern. But yeah i definitely recommend this for beginners if you wanna sculpt clay or whatever is soft material. I would use a potato peeler for the pumpkin skin tho, but all of the tools should work when skin is peeled off

If you're just getting into sculpting or another hobby requiring these tools, this is an excellent way to get a large amount of tools to find out which ones you like or need. Although not the most incredibly made, they are also not cheap junk. This set does give you a good starting point and when you learn which tools you need the most, you can always upgrade later, but you don't have to worry that these will break in a week. I'm satisfied with my purchase and happy to dive into my sculpting!

This set definitely got the job done for my beginners ceramics class. I did not want to invest in an expensive set of pottery tools, so this is a good set to budget on.
The set included a lot of the same kind of tools, usually with a different handle or end. On one hand it's nice since you get to have backups in case one tools starts to wear out or fall apart, but there isn't a whole lot of variety. Some of the tools are pointy so use with caution!
