I had the same issue as others, received a fire chief vehicle instead of police. While the fire chief toy was awesome, it wasn't what I ordered. I initiated a return and Amazon promptly sent out the right toy, received it today and it was exactly what I was looking for! Using in my classroom for "neat desk patrol" :-) The sound quality isn't the best, but for the price and how I'm using it, it's perfect .
