Great anytime"¦breakfast, warmed with cream cheese & jam; lunch, as a melted cheese wrap or a salad wrap. Love them as low-cal./healthy individual pizzas and as an easy substitute wrapped around whatever filling you want. Unopened, kept great in freezer and refrigerated once opened.
Delicious

Wonderful Low Carb Alternative for Bread!!

A friend of mine recommended this low carb product and I love it! For me, the most challenging part of going low carb is missing bread for sandwiches and dips. I lay the lavash bread out, spread mayo on the side that will touch the pan, place cheese on the inside so when I flip it, it holds it together as well as when I cut & eat it. I put my sandwich ingredients on top of one side of the cheese then start the toasting process to cook & melt the cheese then fold the one side onto the other to make something that resembles a quesadilla. The mayo works really well for a beautifully crispy exterior but butter will work fine. You can't taste the mayo in case mayo isn't your favorite thing. These are also good plain/uncooked but I'm a fan of the crunch I get from toasting these, which also brings out the flavors of the bread. If I have a low carb dip, I cut these into tortilla chip size pieces, brush with olive oil on a parchment lined baking sheet and toast them in the oven until they are lightly toasted and gently sprinkle with a tad bit of Himalayan salt. There's so many things you can do with the lavash bread and the pitas!! These have become a staple in my pantry! I highly recommend these!
