Plenty of heat for 5 gallon batches (6.74 gal. boil volume) and very efficient.

Easy to assemble, very quiet, light, high resistant paint, and affordable. I only brew using the BIAB method. So, after mash out at 165 degrees, it took 7.5 gallons only 15 minutes to get to boil (212). Easy to control boil overs, no need for anti-foam agents. Can support up to 200lbs but that's insane anyway. It cools in a matter of minutes but best of all the heat is evenly displaced while boiling. I prefer an aggressive boil and this burner helped me achieve that. Did I say it was quiet? I recommend this burner.
If you need 45,000 BTUs, buy this one. Best one I could find.

This burner is really nice and well made. It works with standard propane low pressure regulator (6 oz.), so it is nice and quiet.
The paint is the correct high temperature paint so it does not "burn off" , but does discolor darker above the control knob where the metal comes up higher to protect the valve and temperature gage on the kettle, which is to be expected with the amount of heat this burner produces.
The only thing you need to concern yourself with when using it, is that when using a minimal flame setting, it is most susceptible to the wind so it needs to be protected from the wind completely if, like me you are using it for boiling a wort with a small 5.5 gallon kettle and need a minimal flame once the wort gets up to temperature.
I looked at a lot of other burners and, in my opinion, they don't even come close to being as good a product as this one is.
Great burner, nice and quiet, 45,000 BTU. All the heat I will ever need for my purposes.
