Read below but first read this.
I just and I mean just got home, what did I find? Another First Kit was at my front door. Thank you...BTW I cut myself opening the Amazon box lol.
As of now I'm rating it a 1 because a lot of the contents are not in the kit. If the seller will quickly replace the missing items I'll give it a 5 because it is a nice setup for it's size and exactly what I was looking for. So come on seller make it right for me.
There are many items missing.
1. Adhesive Bandages, Butterfly 0
2. Adhesive Bandages, H-Shape 0
3. Adhesive Bandages, Large 0
4. Adhesive Bandages, Mini 0
5. Adhesive Bandages, Square 0
6. Crepe Bandage 0

8. Steri-Strip Closures 0

Overall a very nice small first aid kit with above average organization!

Overall a very nice small first aid kit with above average organization! It is about the size of a typical MOLLE pouch. What sets this kit apart from all the others is the very clear labeling on most everything. I found it a little odd that the tourniquet wasn't labeled.
One extra nice touch was the PDF first aid pamphlet what was emailed out after my order. Including this in the kit would be an extra nice touch.
I'll be adding a couple of larger bandages and a compression bandage for larger wounds

Excellent small kit... Has a lot of great things included... Only first aid kit I'd recommend from Amazon... I want another for my other vehicle... I wish you guys would make a trauma kit with tourniquet, quick clot and suture kit... Would be awesome... I'd also like you to switch out the scissors with flouride covered blades, and maybe some Neosporin and wooden splints... This kit is very good, organized, and worth the money... Maybe a pediatric bag in the future? Throw in a spot for medications such as aspirin for chest pain or a day's worth of people's medications and maybe some child type Band-Aids? One last thing... Make the back of the bag more molle compatible... Kinda hangs weird when attached to bags... Still love it... Made my own modifications to the inside... Also tossed in a few more nitrile gloves and a hemostat and clamp scissors... Bags great!
A MUST HAVE KIT

I bought this only because we are traveling to a country where i could not depend on first aid care. But! WOW - i loved its compactness; it has everything you would want to have for ER - and this is now going into my mini-van alongside the kit I have for my dogs. This kit is very comprehensive and i immediately told my daughter about it - we got two and now, she is getting hers because she goes on bike riding a lot and loved that it is small enough to have on her bike but has everything needed in the event of a spill. I would definitely recommend this to others (and in fact, i have already) - this is something to have in your car/ trailer and when you are away from home. The 'handbook' - that's what i call it - is also a definite plus. Kind of long but VERY helpful. This is the type of thing to buy for yourself or for a gift.
Best small and lightweight kit yet! But tourniquet needs improvement.

This is one of the best small sized first aid kits that I have ever purchased. It is well organized and easy to find the items you need. If it has a major shortcoming, it would be the included "tourniquet". The elastic band is worse than not including a tourniquet at all, as someone with less first aid training and experience might believe they have a tool to cover major arterial bleeding. They will not. The center pocket where this elastic tool is located, along with assorted other items, would be a perfect place for an actual tourniquet, such a SOF-T, a CAT or even a TK4. I don't know if a CAT or SOF-T would fit in the current pocket, as I have not tried one, but I was able to tuck a TK4 into it with no problem. It would make the kit more expensive to include such a tourniquet, but it would not have to be included. Just design the pocket and label for it and let customers decide which tourniquet they want to equip their kit with, if any.
I found the CPR mask case unnecessary and used too much space. I removed the contents of the case and placed them in the allotted compartment by themselves. The kit is inexplicably missing antiseptics and antibiotic ointments, either the items themselves or a clear place to store them, and I ended up adding them to the Adhesive Dressings pouch for lack of a better place. I replaced the flimsy triangular bandage with a heavier one that could double as a tourniquet or pressure bandage. I also added squeeze bulb for wound cleaning.
The attachment straps provided on the back of the kit are versatile and well thought out. My only complaint with them is a unique one; the snaps were set into both the nylon strap and the body of the bag itself, preventing me from being able to remove them as I could easily do with the rest of the strap assembly. I had no need for the straps and wished to lighten the bag for backpacking.
It sounds like I'm being ultra critical, but this really is a good kit with the exceptions of the above listed items. It is lightweight, (a must for backpacking), but not flimsy in any way. The 600 denier nylon construction is the perfect compromise between weight and strength. The organized pockets allow you to open the bag without anything spilling out and still be able to go straight to the item you need without delay. There is room to add some of your own materials and still not overstuff the kit.
I would rate it 5 stars if the tourniquet issue was addressed.
