Great Towel Rack, if you get all the parts at once...

I bought this for my sister as a Christmas present since she had just moved into her first apartment. She likes it very much, however, she mentioned it wobbles slightly. Then again, the parts used to fasten it to the wall came separately for some reason so she had to use spare parts her boyfriend had laying around.
No hardwar, then I had to pay for it:(

The product is great-we used it as a towel rack. Had to get our own hooks because it didn't come with any hardware. A few days later I got a notice from the post office that I had a letter, but had to pay $2.51 for postage. There was no return address or information on where it was from. Out of curiosity, I paid the money and it ended up being the hardware that I didn't need any more!! An email letting me know it was coming would've been nice and postage paid would've been even more appropriate.
Just okay.

As the other reviews stated, these are small. The towels pictured must be the crappy ones they keep by hotel pools that barely fit around a child's body. I managed to get my towels in, but by putting them in when the racks weren't connected to each other or the wall. It was still a very tight fit. It does the trick, but it isn't the best product. I would advise buying different ones.
Also, as the other reviewers stated, these racks do not come with screws or anchors to mount them. We have tons of these in the garage, so it was no issue, but for other people it might be a pain.

These racks have no mounting hardware, so I had to figure out how to hang it myself. I ended up using a screw through a giant washer. Not the most visually appealing, but if there is a towel in the rack, you can't see the washer. Other reviewers have stated that their towels won't fit. I use quick-dry towels, which thinner than average. A quick-dry bath towel fits easily into these racks. A big, fluffy towel would be a tight fit or would need to be rolled tightly and wider than average.

This rack seem good quality but did not come with any hardware, so although they are beautiful and I can imagine them up on my wall, I could not install them until I went and bought hardware....a bit frustrating!
Also bath towels will not fit rolled up as in the picture. Those might be smaller towels but a standard bath towel will not fit as pictured. I bought these to save space in my tiny bathroom and now I can't even use them.
