Work great out here in the Arizona sun, lst one year to 18 months. The heavy wind and sun are hard on the covers. Easy to put on and looks good.

The cover looks nice, Color is nice too and feature grommets for tie downs which I needed. I have a Quik Shade 10 by 10 frame (they don't sell a replacement cover) and this is way too large, by at least a foot more diagonal measurement. I was able to draw this taut by way of the corner tie downs and the side-center tie downs to make it snug. The fabric is thin and see-through, but shades enough.

I love this canopy. It is a nice color. I ordered brown. Good quality material and very generous in size. The canopies that I have had in the past were barely large enough to cover my gazebo, but this one fits great and has extra Velcro closures. I highly recommend this canopy.

It is a very pretty replacement canopy! However, it is a 12 by 12 cover packaged in a 10 by 10 bag. It was really too big but we made it work. I researched thoroughly the size of our frame before I ordered it so I know our frame is a 10 by 10. We were a little disappointed but I hate sending things back so we will keep it and use it. Thank you!!

Bad fitting gazebo replacement cover. It had to be adjusted and pulled from 2 ends to make the strap atleast reach and connect to the top frame. The outcome, does not look right as if I just made it fit, it was too small.
