These have 9 segmented squares in them. You can remove the tabs going vertical when you are holding it long side towards you. To make three long horizontal segments. This works for storage of pills or 3 long segments for different supplements that you would need. Great product thank you!!

The containers fit within my mealprep box that came with my 6 pack fitness backpack. The backpack comes with 20 ounce boxes, I bought these hoping they'd fit. If you take out the snap-in hanging container seperator, the containers fit fairly snuggly. Personally, reflecting on my decision, the 4 ounce offset wasn't quite necessary for my needs, but that's not 6 pack's fault, so I don't dock them on that. I have had food that's secreted liquid, and didn't spill out. Good seal. Great for meal prep.

I used to put a full meal in each, but I've come to terms that it's better to use each individual container to put a single item in, and mix your meal up on a plate, then microwave. Granted, this might not be the way everyone will use a mealprep box, but it seems to be the best way for me.

I don't measure the exact weight of every food I eat; I believe close enough is good enough as an endurance athlete.

The product is great. This is my second 6pack bag and set of containers. Glad I purchased the extra containers as the ones for the other bag won't fit in this one. My only eeew! Is when. I opened the box there was a bloody bandaid wrapped in packing tape in the box. See the photo. WTF. Good products though. Best lunch bags I've ever owned.

These meal prep containers are perfect for day-in, day-out use. They are substantially more durable than the more common restaurant takeout style containers. I've used them for months and they show no signs of wear. They seal well, although you might find yourself fighting the food inside since the lid seals virtually flat and provides little room for extra food. Also, if you're looking for containers that reveal their contents without having to be opened, these don't deliver. If your meals vary, you'll have to just remember what order you stacked them in. I give them five stars for how well they hold up.

Make sure that you check your 6pack Bag that these will fit. I have the Six Pack Travel fit "5 pack" and had to take out the dividers in order to have the 24oz containers fit.
