I like the Black Tote except for the fact it has no closing zipper.

I would have kept it however decided i wanted a cross body bag.

This is a great tote bag, very soft and looks expensive. Fits my laptop perfect for a very polished look. Lots of room without a bunch of sections to lose things in.

I do like this purse. I had searched and searched for a purse with this type of magnetic closure. I very much dislike a zipper opening, and I dislike the magnets that you have to line up perfectly to click in the little peg. I really wanted a magnet purse that didn't require such effort, and this purse fits that bill. I really didn't care about being able to reverse the purse. I would have actually preferred one that didn't reverse, had some pockets inside, but had this type of magnetic closure. But I just couldn't find that.

So be aware that the inside of this purse (because of its reversible quality) is just an opening with no pockets whatsoever. I have put a purse organizer inside, however, that I had hanging around from when I used to have a Miche purse. That organizer is great, because you can lift out the contents easily from within a purse and transfer it to another. It works great inside this type of purse, that only has one main opening. I did a quick search, and there are similar items here on Amazon which I think would work nicely within this purse. I also like the coin pouch that came with this purse, and I have my coins and bills inside of it. I don't use cash often, so keeping it separate like that, out of the way, is nice. I have also attached my keys to that ring inside, where the coin pouch attaches. I like that.

This purse is on the smaller size, so also be aware of that. It's what I wanted however. I dislike huge, bulky purses where your stuff just disappears inside and you can't find anything. Having a smaller shape keeps the clutter in check. And having a smaller shape also keeps the purse lighter and easier to carry.

My biggest disappointment with this purse are that you cannot remove the shorter handles. The purse shape and size works nicely for a crossbody purse. But because you can't remove those shorter handles, it doesn't look great as a crossbody. Those shorter handles are stiff enough that it doesn't work well to try and fold them down inside the purse. Maybe they will soften over time. But as it stands, I probably won't use this as a crossbody, even though that's what I had wanted to do.

Be aware also that reversing this purse is difficult to do. The material is very stiff, and it's a struggle to turn it inside out. I do like the look of it when it is reversed, but because of the difficulty involved, I probably won't use it as such. I would imagine that the suede-type fabric is going to look gnarly pretty quickly anyway. So I will just leave that on the inside.

I found a cute way to dress up the purse. Using the rivets on the sides (where the shoulder strap attaches), you can insert a little scarf and add a punch of color. I love it!
