These pins are not good. I expected to receive what was pictured

These pins are not good. I expected to receive what was pictured, however the heads are smaller that appear in the picture and almost all of them are disfigured (not painted well, melted look to them). I had planned to use these for decorating ornaments, but I'll be surprised if I can use half of them.
