Originally, I wrote a review of the seller describing a problem I was having getting the cord to plug into the charger. While the batteries seem fine and I have another charger, I was unable to use the new dual charger because the female plug on the charger either was slightly bent or had a small metal shaving on the edge preventing the cord from plugging into it. I was contacted my the seller within a hour of my review and despite the product now being outside of the 30 day return window, the seller offered to replace the device immediately. In this day and age, that impressed me that the company was willing to replace it despite the return time under Amazon having passed.

I was able to repair the charger using dental tools and a magnifying glass and it appears to be working. But the monitoring of their reviews and their proactive response for customer service was very impressive and appreciated. The batteries all seem fine and work as they should. This is a great value for these batteries and the two slot charger. And with the company truly concerned about their customers, this is a product I certainly recommend.

First off, I only gave it four stars due to I do not know how the longeivity of the batteries will be. But time will tell! I was surprized how small the charger is. But that's a good thing. Will not be bulky in storage bag. Charged all 3 batteries. Charger worked good. One thing, this does not come with a AC adapter, but with all the USB accessories I already have that should not be a problem. The 3 batteries should mean I always be ready for when the action happens. And for the money, a charger, and 3 batteries was a good deal.

These work really well. I had one yesterday in my knock off GoPro and it lasted 3 hours on standby and liberal use for recording and picture taking. I was very surprised by how well it worked. I've no doubt it will last a full 2 hours recording fairly easily. Only reason I took a star is because they warn you NOT to leave the batteries on the charger after it finishes charging. Be nice to have a shut off circuit on the charger but at the price my complaint is minor.

Can't beat the deal on this set of Batteries. Hopefully the quality is as I am hoping them to be. Will update once they are put into use as this is part of a graduation gift in early June. Charger works very well and has appropriate lights to let you know that batteries are charging (Red), and fully charged. (Green) Initial charge took approx. 30 minutes to full charge. Didn't time it so that is a rough guess only and I do not know if there was any charge in the batteries when they arrived.

These work w my action camera and were a good deal for 3 batteries and charger. I gave 4 stars because there was not a shred of directions. I did not know if I needed to charge them before using.
