They bundle up be hind the knees,fix that issue and they would be perfect

I ruined my shower wrestling with these to get them on. I got the biggest size, all stated leg measurements should work. I thought once the feet were right, the rest would be easier. I was wrong. I've worn compression hose before.. albeit thigh highs. I could only get them above my knees.. barely. I'll give them another shot but chances are they'll be passed on to someone with smaller legs.

Started with the brands' 5XL wide 20-30 mmhg socks. As the circumference of the thighs came down within range of these, now ordered these XL leotards (with the man hole!)

Let me tell you, these are TIGHT to get on first time!

1st step: Insert hand inside garment, one leg at a time and pull heel portion to just at the top where inserted hand. Repeat for other leg. Figure out which way is forward (man hole!) As the garment will be inside out. Don't want to put these on backwards as they are a stuggle to get off and back on first time.

2nd step: Put foot in (which ever foot you are accustomed to putting in pants first, is a good start.) Push foot in past heel portion until it stops, pulling back on heel portion to cover your heel remembering which way is forward (man hole) and these are TIGHT. Repeat with other foot.

3rd step: Start pulling and rolling the garment of either side on up the leg (making sure to stretch out all creases and folds,) just over the knees of each side.

4th step: Pull up on the whole garment to give extra room when get to crotch. Otherwise it will come up short.
Continue pulling and rolling the garment of either side on up and over each thigh (making sure to stretch out all creases and folds,) just before crotch.
Continue pulling upwards to waist area.

By now you should be sighing relief! They are on and compressing.
If not, you'll have to pull back down above the knees and stretch pulling upwards to gain extra room for crotch fit and being able to pull up to waist.
After a day or so, should be able to pull up to waist with no effort. As the compressing will shrink the legs enough.

We have a great admiration for all the women in the world, who do this day in and day out with those panty hose and other garments.

I've had these for only a few days now, so I cannot comment on durability yet. I have small amount of ankle edema, more on left than right. I used calf high & knee high compression socks for long time, but they only push fluid up to knees, making for painful knees. Bought this product & also pair of thigh highs. This product is, for me, much better than the thigh highs. Thigh high tops would roll down creating restrictive band. This product does slowly migrate downward, just like ladies' pantyhose - so u do need to make occasional adjustment. Overall, very comfortable, with good compression. XL size is just right for me with 40" waist, 18" calf, & 11.5" ankle. As a nurse, these are far better quality than regular TED hose found in hospitals. I would recommend these for anyone with mild fluid accumulation in lower legs

One of three had to be replaced due to an incomplete seam. Comfortable with good support and seem to be washing and wearing well. Pull up in bunches from toes to get best stretch.
